BUBBLE AND SQUEAQ
One of the most popular foods of Liverpool's "Bubble and squeak", a dish made with potatoes and cabbage, along with carrots, beans, Brussels sprouts and other vegetables you have on hand at the time, and served with cold meat from the "Sunday roast", another traditional dish that is normally consumed on Sundays and that is basically a kind of roast meat (either pork, beef or lamb) with potatoes.
SCOUSE

COTTAGE PIE
Tart minced beef and mashed potatoes covered; and "Toad in the hole", a dish consisting of sausages in Yorkshire pudding batter (a wafer of baked dough, bowl-shaped), usually served with vegetables and onion dressing.
EVERTON MINT
Sweet with black and white stripes. This delicacy is covered by a thick, hard layer, and has a mint flavor with a soft and chewy filling. Another dessert is recognized "Chocolate Junkyard," a Belgian chocolate cake filled and covered with chocolate mousse.
